Avon Perfume Bottles.
Now I love Avon, but Avon bottles? Well, I'd never actually realised until recently that there was such a demand for those little glass perfume relics. Well... Apparently people love them, which is why I'm sitting here at 05.22am on a Monday morning wondering what it is about them that you guys find so ummm... lovable?
Just to satisfy my own curiousity I had a trawl over the wonderfully wide web for a nosey and by golly, the things I've seen from pretty little figurines to bottles to gift sets to just about anything else that Avon has discontinued in the past. Now baring in mind I love old things anyway - records, hats, betamax videos, old commercials and TV shows - especially from the 70's, these lovely little collectibles had my attention from the beginning.
Other than the many random things I've picked up over the years and kept, I've never actually had an actual "collection" of anything in particular so maybe some of those cute little Avon bottles might just find a new home in my bedroom to keep my face packs and smelly stuff company. Just another thing to annoy my hubby - as an added bonus.
